Project objectives

This project aims to conserve the only remaining viable wild population of mountain chickens in the world by controlling and preventing the spread of invasive amphibian species. It also aims to drive the uptake of biodiversity-friendly farming techniques and to help local communities recover financially from the damages caused by Hurricane Maria.
