Project objectives

This project aims to protect and manage a population of South-Western Black Rhinos through continuous population monitoring, including aerial surveys and Rhino ear-tagging operations. This particular population in South Africa has been steadily increasing over the years, and is of great importance to the overall conservation of the Black Rhino.
